Our intention with ImmiWonk is to create a space for informed discussion of topics related to the United States immigration system. Exciting, huh? Have we got you yet? Stay with me! We will achieve this goal by diving into the policy, processes, and sometimes politics that surround important immigration related topics that affect millions of individuals in and outside the United States.

We are a group of professionals with extensive experience navigating the U.S. immigration system, both as applicants and experts.

Why now?

Immigration is in the spotlight in the United States, and as a country we are at a crossroads. Regardless of what political party controls the U.S. government, immigration policy is a topic that deserves a robust, transparent, and well-informed public debate. While we may not be able to get there on our own, with your help and feedback we can use this venue to get the facts and context back in the conversation, and hopefully create some momentum towards finding immigration policies that work for everyone in the United States.
